We’re excited to announce that our space is available after-hours for your vendor events and classes, like candle-making, or terrarium-building, for up-to 24 people from Monday – Wednesday, and Friday – Sunday! No events may be booked on Thursdays.
How it works
You choose the date and number of participants. You may spend up to 30 minutes prior to the event time to decorate and then you have two hours for your event, plus another 30 minutes to clean up as we close up for the night. If you need additional setup time, please email us first to be sure we have enough time for you!

Vendor Space Rental Details
Rent the space for your approved event or class. No outside food or drinks are allowed, however, one member of the staff will be on hand during the entire event to make additional drinks on demand along with available baked good items and bagels, if staffing allows. Please contact us if you expect guests to purchase bagels during your event. Your guests will be responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks during the event.
Cost: $75. No guest minimum and 24 guest maximum. $75 non-refundable deposit due upon booking. No balance will be due.
The Fine Print
The non-refundable deposit of $75 will be paid to hold your date and time. Please feel free to contact us first at info@plantsandcoffee.com if you have questions about the date and time for the event before placing your deposit. We accept all debit and credit cards. No cash or checks are accepted for the event rental fee.
The only time that the non-refundable deposit will be refunded along with all other monies paid is if the space is unavailable due to acts of god or any other issue in which Plants + Coffee is unable to host the event during your requested date and time, such as an electrical outage, flood, fire, tornado, or building damage that would render the space inoperable at the time of the event.
Music may be played through our Sonos speaker system at a reasonable volume as to not disrupt tenants above or the businesses next door.
You may use clear tape to hang paper signs and banners from the shelves. All tape, signs, and trash must be removed at the end of the event. A dumpster is located on site for easy garbage cleanup.
Plants + Coffee and their staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during event rentals.
